ASSISTANT ICE CREAM PLANT MANANGER - Baton Rouge
Will work hand in hand with the plant manager to maintain and produce quality food products.
Candidate scope of responsibility will include daily and monthly inventory, production team
supervision, hands-on production, load-out team supervision, maintaining the cleanliness of
the plant and freezer to meet state health policies. Responsible for securing the plant each
night after production. Mechanical aptitude a plus. Candidate must be able to lift
50 pounds, climb ladders and work in a cold environment with appropriate gear. Working
Knowledge of Excel and Word helpful. Hours daily Monday- Friday starting at 8:00 am

Position will serve as the local Kleinpeter Farms Dairy representative. Responsibilities include
establishing and sustaining customers in the region and maintaining customer satisfaction including
resolution of all delivery, billing, and product concerns.
Applicant should have a working knowledge of the local retail food market and five years
experience as a sales representative. Experience with retail accounts including chain and
convenience stores as well as restaurant and institutional accounts is preferred. Additionaly,
experience selling perishables and product knowledge is preferred.
Candidate must enjoy providing superior customer service, maintaining customer loyalty,
and working in a sales environment.
A valid Louisiana Driver's License and current auto insurance are required. Must be able to
pass a drug screen and background review. Schedule is M – F days.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - Baton Rouge
Candidate must be a seasoned professional and able to handle all areas of plant maintenance
including but not limited to welding (stainless preferred), mechanical, electrical,
and refrigeration concerns. Must have strong 3-phase electrical knowledge, should be
able to work on control circuits, have a good understanding of PLCs and experience
with refrigeration. Candidate must have a strong mechanical aptitude and be skilled
in troubleshooting and repair. Must be self-managed and able to multi-task.
Salary DOE. Schedule is M-F with a start time of 6:30am.

DIESEL TRUCK/THERMOKING MECHANIC - Baton Rouge
Employee is responsible for the maintenance and service of company vehicles onsite
and at remote locations. Incumbent must have working knowledge in the maintenance of
medium duty trucks, diesel preferred. Position requires servicing 18-wheelers and related
tractors, trailers, dry boxes, tankers. ThermoKing knowledge and current CDL license is
a plus. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders to reach the top of trucks and crawl
under trucks as needed. Must be able to pass a drug screen, medical and background review.
Must be able to read, write, and distinguish colors. Schedule is M-F day shift.

CDL-B/air brake, DRIVER SALESMAN - Baton Rouge
Position ensures product is delivered, displayed, and serviced as customer requested. Perishable
and/or Frozen product knowledge preferred. Driver must be able to safely operate standard shift
dry boxes. Incumbent should be familiar with main and surrounding markets. Route Salespeople must
enjoy providing superior customer service, maintaining customer loyalty, and working in a sales environment.
Requires physical lifting of 50 pounds and sitting for extended periods while driving. Must be able to pass a
drug screen and background review. Must have a CDL-class B license with air brake endorsement and a clean driving record.
Schedule is M – F, home every afternoon.
