ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - HOUMA/THIBODEAUX AREA - Position is responsible for establishing and maintaining customers in the region. They will service each account to the customer's satisfaction to include delivery, billing, and product concerns. This Salesperson will work remotely with the Albany, LaPlace, and Baton Rouge sales teams and serve as the local KFD representative. A valid Louisiana Driver's License and current auto insurance are required. Qualifications include working knowledge of the local retail food market and five years experience in a Sales Representative position. A history of selling perishables and product knowledge is preferred. Incumbent must enjoy providing superior customer service, maintaining customer loyalty, and working in a sales environment. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background review. Schedule is M – F days. IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST - BATON ROUGE - Applicant will be responsible for supporting desktop, mobile and web applications, related interfaces, installing hardware and software, and supporting network systems. Kleinpeter Farms Dairy utilizes Microsoft tools and technologies including Windows desktop and server, Exchange, SQL Server, Visual Studio, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Mobile and related technologies. Candidates should have working knowledge of these systems and must be an individual who is self managed, independent, have a strong work ethic, and excel in a fast paced environment. MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - BATON ROUGE - Candidate must be a seasoned professional and able to handle all areas of plant maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to, welding (stainless preferred), mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration concerns. This position requires someone who enjoys troubleshooting and getting the job done right. Must be self-managed and able to multi-task. Salary DOE. Schedule is M-F with a start time of 6:30am. DIESEL MECHANIC - BATON ROUGE - Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance and service of company vehicles onsite and at remote locations. Incumbent must have working knowledge in the maintenance of medium duty trucks, diesel preferred. Position requires servicing 18-wheelers and related tractors, trailers, dry boxes, tankers. ThermaKing knowledge and current CDL license is a plus. Own tool set needed. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders to reach the top of trucks and crawl under trucks as needed. Must be able to pass a drug screen, medical and background review. Must be able to read, write, and distinguish colors. Schedule is M-F with a start time of 11:00am. CDL-A/tanker, TRANSPORT DRIVER, BATON ROUGE - Position picks-up and delivers various goods/products for the company. Incumbent will make daily raw milk runs. Driver must be able to safely operate standard shift dry boxes, tankers, and grain trailers. Requires physical lifting of 50 pounds & sitting for extended periods while driving. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background review. Must have a CDL-A license with TANKER endorsement and a clean driving record. Schedule is 7 days a week, home every afternoon. CDL-B/air brake, ROUTE SALESPERSON for BATON ROUGE, LAFAYETTE, and NORTHSHORE NEW ORLEANS - Position ensures product is delivered, displayed, and serviced as customer requested. Perishable and/or Frozen product knowledge preferred. Driver must be able to safely operate standard shift dry boxes. Incumbent should be familiar with main and surrounding markets. Route Salespeople must enjoy providing superior customer service, maintaining customer loyalty, and working in a sales environment. Requires physical lifting of 50 pounds & sitting for extended periods while driving. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background review. Must have a CDL-class B license with air brake endorsement and a clean driving record. Schedule is M – F, home every afternoon.
